Event Recap: In Conversation with Catherine Ryan Howard and Jane Casey at Waterstones Leeds

I headed over to Waterstones in Leeds tonight for an In Conversation event with Catherine Ryan Howard and Jane Casey.

I didn’t manage to take any photos during the event, so instead, here’s a picture of some of their wonderful books at Below Stairs, a charming cocktail bar. They serve some incredibly creative drinks – I had one that looked like a candle, complete with a burning almond atop a white chocolate disc as the wick.

I absolutely adored The Trap – this copy is for a friend, which shows how much I believe others should read it, especially since I want to chat about it spoiler-free!

I’m also looking forward to reading The Killing Kind, which has just been released today on Paramount+.
